Ok so I'm trying to fix up the front suspension a bit in the GV and need to sort the issue with the front drivers inner CV pulling out of the side gear slightly on full flex

I know the SE Vitara shafts are smaller and have a different spline count on the diff. (22 spline)

And I know the SV420/620 have a 26 spline inner and are slightly longer in the spline/bearing shoulder.

As I have a lockright fitted to the front I need this longer inner cv to get it to lock into the diff side gear.

What im trying to find out is will a SV Vitara CV shaft be a straight swap for the GV with the lockright?

Is the length from oil seal to oil seal on the inner and outer cvs the same?

Can someone take and post a photo of a GV shaft besides a SV Vitara shaft and post it up.

I can get new SV shafts for $135+GST new but want to make sure it will fit before ordering.

Or does anyone near me have one I can borrow to see if it fits.

If I remember correctly they are the same because the SV is wider than the SE. 90% Sure it will be a straight swap over.

Someone (Gus I think) had a post with pictures of the various shafts side by side.
