im looking at getting carpet and some body bolts and also sliders and flares from a NT and wondering if they will fit in my WT sj70??

Having had both, but my NT was un carpeted: I'd say it will fit.
Flares, you might have to re-drill the metal tabs on the body work, I think they have different screw spacings. I also imagine sliders should change over but can't say for sure because my NT was LWB.
I looked around forever to find a set of NT flares.

the NT flares are actually the plastic type ones.

Why would you want NT flares on a WT? They won't be wide enough to cover even the stock tyres.

they did do the narrow track plastic flares which were the same size as widetrack flares..87-88 right on the crossover. I wouldn't be fitting up the plastic ones if you smash against things. They crack and smash easy. Same holes from memory.

The plastic flares were the cross over WT flare on the 1988.5 model, I wouldn't say that they were NT flares at all considering they had WT diffs.

FWIW WT flares won't bolt onto the spot welded bracket on a NT

they are the bushwacker flares type flares so would be plently wide enough

FWIW 1981-84 1ls had different transmission tunnels so if it's from one of those then you might have issues with fitment.
