Did you check the wire to starter motor?
There is the inhibitor switch, which needs to be bypassed as no longer relevant.

All the info i could find when i did my swaps advised against using factory immob and auto harness/ecu. There are a few variants of ecu and not easy to find ecu pinout for all of them. Not sure if the auto ecu will work properely without the auto.
I found most helpful info on redlinegti and uk baleno forums.

Ok have put the auto computer in mine to test the computer and it runs mine perfect
So must be in the harness in engine bay time to start digging the auto harness must be different in engine bay
As this is the 4th conversion I've done and the first time it's played up
So that's where I'm at time to find where the break is lol

Trace wiring back from the starter trigger, it's not hard to find
