how do you get it off? i have done 2 clutch's and never replaced this bearing as i couldn't get it off the spigot...

I was going to tell the bushman's trick of a hammer, a grease gun & a bolt.

Never had any joy with that method. I found a length of threaded rod and a truck torque rod bush, couple washers and nuts and bingo. Just ground a groove at one end to hook into the bearing. It only works for small bearings though

Nothing wrong with a mess if the apprentice cleans it up.

sorry i may have used the wrong word, this is the bearing im refering to...
There is a slot on this side of the bearing where the fork is attached i can't get the bearing off the fork attachment....

Throw out bearing or clutch release bearing. If you pull it out as far as it will come then it just sorta twists off. You'll see the dowel on one side of the fork

Yep, can be a bit tricky but it will come.

Pull it off the passneger side the jam a screwdriver down the drivers side of it and bam of it comes haha how do i know this? I did it today
