I'm pretty sure it's 55 amps. I can check mine later if no one else chimes in.

while the 120 amp Ford alternator is an easy and useful swap, what makes you think you need a bigger alternator just for 2 batteries

Bothbatteries are over 80 Ah and will be used to run fridge lights etc while camping I would rather not have to spend 2 plus hours of engine running while waiting for the batteries to reach their full potential

EF Falcon/Fairmont 110AMP is an easy fit and cheaper than Suzuki..
Make sure you get the Mitsubishi alt off the six cylinder not the Bosch item off a V8.

what charge rate can your batteries take though?
Mine charge no faster with the bigger alt than the stock one, they are better when you want to run a heap of lights as well as recharge though

.... some might be 60a.

I bought a jimny alternator and the guys upgrades it cause it was only 75a . Funny thing is the manual says its 60 (maybe he tested it or just assumed the first 3 spots of the part number was the rating)

If you work out the amp load out as you are driving with lights heater wipers etc you might find that there is only about 10 Ah to charge batteries, so if youhave a fridge phone charger satnav etc you could find you are in the minus and end up with flat batteries.
