I'm trying to find out for sure without tearing the transfer out of my mates. But I've been told that the NT flanges are a smaller diameter and a different bolt pattern to the WT ones. Apparently you can still drill NT's to suit a WT or coily driveshaft. I'm trying to confirm this before I go any further though.
As for coily flanges, they fit on the same splined shaft but part of the flange is the actual sealing surface, and they are much shallower, so when you put them on a WT transfer and whack the nuts on, the flanges slide back and forward heaps.
Lowrange has new ones but at $89 each they can get fucked.

Yeah narrow track flanges have the holes abit closer to the center, which is why you cant just put the WT shafts on them.
The good news is that the collar that locates the shaft into the center is the same size, which means you can slot out the NT holes or drill in new ones and the shaft will locate in the right spot and not vibrate.

Just unbolt the NT flanges from the transfer and fit the WT flanges from your old transfer, problem solved.

NT flanges have M6 tailshaft bolt holes for 12mm headed bolts and a trans brake.
WT Flanges are M8 and a larger bolt spacing on there flanges for the 14mm bolt
WT tail shaft yokes are the same as SJ80 & Vitara
