Is that the Child restraint anchour bolt??

there you go I worked it out myself. don't think the cruiser has any either for the third row

Child Restraint Anchor Bar. Apparently I can't just fit anchor points to the floor, I need a stupid bar that I don't have room for anyway :roll:
