im thinking of putting some wheel spacers on my nt zook thinking 1.5 inch
just wondering what yous recon about them are they worth it, also where is a good place to get them?

wheel spacers are illegal, have you looked at getting a bigger off set rim instead?

but instead of listening to every tom dick and harry on here i sugesst u contact ur dot


but how many of use have illegal rigs coz of a lil extra lift or a mod we have made or done

They're legal everywhere? I have seen some that are just thin and sandwhich between the wheel and hub using the standard wheel studs, and the thick ones commonly used on 4x4s which have another set of studs in them, are both types legal?

Hey Post Whore Junior, I am certain DOT will tell you they are illegal.

whether they are legal or not (i f you can secure them to the rotor and they are no more than about 15mm they can be legal).....the main problem is you will need to carry a six pack of bearings most of the time...........large offsset or large spacers= bearing killers.

I think the biggest problem with the thick ones with them is that you can't see the wheel nuts behind the wheel.

legallities definately fit into the pros/cons argument

hey jake, get some big offset rims, much safer mate. i would only use spacers in an offroad sense, as in low range only.

how much would you expect to pay for offset rims, i only really use my zook to 4wd very little road use, i only drive it on the road to go 4wd i was thinking they would be a cheap and easy fit

just fit wt diffs probly work out the same price cost me about 300 or so, and u wont have to worry about extra strees on the wheel bearings
