Does anyone know the thread size of the soft top studs?

trying to fix up a broken one which i need to re-thread the hole as one was snapped off and left in there.

M6x1.25 I think, could be wrong tho.

That sounds somewhere in the right area

the vernier calipers read 3.8mm of the outer diameter of the thread... but I've got no idea how to turn that into ID'ing the actual bloody thing...

I alway do it by sight.. lol
