Shep used the 1.6 I think, you have to cut & shut a pick up if your going to use the 1.3 sump.
Do you know any one that can weld??

You can use the 1.6 sump if you have enough clearance to the diff (SPOA etc.).
Apart from that you have to use the 1.3 sump and combine the oil pickups. If you are using a baleno motor you may also need to modify the front of the sump for a sensor.

you need to use the sierra sump and pickup for correct clearance as the vitara sump fouls on the front diff with SPUA.
I can do it for you if you'd like, just need sierra sump and pickup and the vitara pickup.
I've got a vitara block sitting here to use for dummy fitting to make sure it's correct... I've done a fair few of them

hey champ recently done this give suzi auto spares a call they will sell you a pre made pick up with the 1.6 end and the 1.3 pick up and then its just a straight swap of the sumps its the easier way out i think form memory it was around 30 to 40$ when i swapped engines my 1.6 sup was close to the diff that if i pushed down on the car it hit but thats stock height. i was juts going to lift it but that would also include needing extended bump stops and so forth so i just swapped them over.

my spua sierra clears the 1.6 sump with lots of room to spare. it has 4 or 5 inch
lift and the diff is around 50mm forward.
