spring bushes-who sells?

I've seen somewhere on the formu that someone sells bushes for zooks. I need set for front and rear. I will do RUF so I need 4 rear ones if there is any difference between front and rear. I,m not sure if it is beter to go for rubber ones or poly. Thx

Front and rear spring bushes are the same.
Rubber flexes better than poly but poly lasts a lot longer than rubber.

no just normal flex, dont all sierras do that

I guess that ironman bushes will be dearer than the one which Bruce sells. How can I find and pm Bruce here on the forum. I can't find username search anymore. What about ARB bushes? Does anyone have used them?

urethane is a material, it can be hard enough to hold up a crane or soft enough to squish in your hand (too soft for bushes, I tried)

Bruces bushes are same duro as most rubber ones but stretch MORE so they limit flex LESS than rubber

There is SFA flex in those bushes :roll:

.. It is all in the twisted leaf spring and the body/chassis is laying over.

yeah the rears didnt twist much cause my springs were so awesome, but you could twist the shackle till it jammed against the tube the bush sits in, so it was metal on metal
