not sure if anyone can help but where can you get commodore stero codes from

there is a way to work it out from the serial, google might tell you the formula

No, the radio isn't made for a car, they are mass produced & if replaced under warranty the new radio would have a new pin.

maybe ill try the last 4 digs of the vin its on a vr replaced the battery and know it doesn't work,

Spot on, I just did that with my standard lancer head unit, nice fit in the zook but needed a pin for it, I just called up mistusbishi and gave them the vin number and code on the back off the head unit and done

read the holden manual on how to punch in the code and you should have sweet sweet music in your ears lol

Ditto, changed the battery on the statesman, no tunes, went to holden, 2 mins later had the codes, no charge.
