Ok. So my old Sierra has just ticked over 150000km's and the carby decided to shit itself, so I decided it was time for a rebuild. I stripped it down and soaked all the parts in cleaning solution for the last 24 hours and when I pulled all the bits out, they looked good as new....., except for the primary venturi which loooks like it fell into a volcano and melted

. So anyway, it looks like I'm up for a new carby, and am currently tossing up wether I should get another Sierra Aisin carby and just pinch the venturis out of it to rebuild mine, or fit on a Vitara Mikuni carby. Now to fit on a Vitara carby, I know I'm going to need the carby itself, and I'm going to need an air cleaner assembly, but what else would I need to fit one to a Sierra?? Would I be better off buying the whole inlet manifold, or fitting it on the Sierra manifold??
