I've pretty much got my suspension and wheels sorted out, so the next thing i'm looking at is gunna be lockers.

Now air lockers are a bit out of my price range, so I've been searching around for auto ones, and the two I seem to come across a fair bit are lockrites and lokka's.

Does anyone have any experience with these?
Will they fit into my standard diff?
Also, is it better to buy a rear or front first? (I spend MOST of my time in the mud, but do like the hilly stuff too)
What online retailer did you purchase yours from?

If I'm missing any extra info, just ask.

i cant tell you if either will fit your standard diffs my guess is they probably make one specifically for the vit.

i can however say that they are a pretty tough piece of kid and are good for the price, they are however very agricultural in their design and do make a fair bit of noice when they dissengage. You will also need to watch your driving style on the road or you could find that tyres are wearing out rather quick and you are driffting round lots of corners especially in the wet due to the way the loker works.

Save ya $$$$$ and get ARB Air Lockers or it will cost you more in the long run.

I'm installing my rear lockright tomorrow so will let you know how I go.

From everything I have read though, if its a daily driver then yes air lockers probably are the way to go. If its a weekend toy that isn't driven on the road all the time, I say go the auto lockers for sure.

Picked up mine front and rear from trail tough for less then $700AU delivered. That wont even buy you half of one air locker let alone the compressor and labour to fit it.

That said, I don't think you will find anyone who would prefer a auto locker to an air locker given the choice, but considering the price difference the auto lockers are a very attractive alternative.

EDIT - I don't believe Lokka do a rear auto locker for the suzukis, or at least they dont have one available just yet. On the same note, I don't believe lockright actually do one for the front of the suzukis either. Trail tough sell a different carrier for the front though which lets you use a lockright in them.

Cant recommend trail tough enough, really good service.
