hi guys
will a lwb vit tank fit into my swb sierra?
if so whats required?
drawbacks if any?

NO.. LWB vit tank is way to big... You want a SWB vit tank..
LWB vit uses V6 chassis which is wider than SWB 4 cyl chassis..

AFAIK the SWB vit tank fits pretty easily with just mount relocation. Better if you have a body lift.

SWB fits good but you will need a bodylift.

Front left stock mount lines up with some bashing, had to make a mount for the other side.

If i did it again i would mount it hard up against the PS chassis rail to make the fuel filler 100000x easier.

it will fit, but will require all new crossmembers, mounts etc. lwb estate v6 and 4 banger have the same rear chassis, only a different front section.

thought i read somewhere he had the headaches making it fit.
