What sorta budget you on? If you shop around wreckers etc you can find some older motors around at semi-reasonable prices
On the other hand Suzistore in Midland sell reco'd engines for $1800 here.

Cheers Ben, had a quote from suzukishop for $990 but just looking to see if I can pick up something cheaper first off. Or might even consider dropping something else in ?

Motors do come up occasionlly for sale but if you need one ASAP it might be a case of just dropping in whatevers available.
The only simple engine swaps are other G-series motors: G13B (Swift GTI), G13BB (early Jimny) G16A (carby Vitara) or G16B (EFI Vitara/Baleno).
Personally I woldn't buy an engine from Suzukishop, but thats something I will not go into here...

pete from the suzuki shop in beckingham should have a few low km ones kicking around, i have one that runs but uses oil and has low comp but if you need a runner while you fix yours you can have it.

Hey everyone, I have removed my engine and found things not as bad as first thought Engine is free to move now, most noticably the oil pick up was choked. Not sure what this has done to the pump but was wondering if there were any oil pumps out there?????
