If you don't find anything better I have a length of pipe you can use. I'm just in Albany Creek

Got both here but I'm sure you'll find someone closer.

I own a press and still fit bearings and lock rings with a piece of pipe...

I usually either grind, or drill into the lock ring with a large diameter bit, then split it with a cold chiesel across it.
Then grind or cut the bearing, and if need be split it with a cold chiesel to remove.
A decent sized, good quality cold chisel with a keen edge is the key. Oh, and a big hammer.
Then make sure the surface on the axel where the bearing rests does not have any burs, gently whack the new bearing home with the aid of a piece of thick pipe/tube. Then heat the lock ring to just colder than red, and drop it onto the axel with tongs.
Don't foget to put the drum brake backing plate back on before the bearing...
Wuala.
