how much are looking at spending? i know of 4-5 in brisbane which arent nessessarily for sale, but for the right money, any thing is possible.

Hey thanks heaps, interested in anything thats going really depends on the state of the car to how much Im willing to pay, serious in purchasing one though so what ever I can find will be considered.

I got one of my LJ81's by putting an add on this site:

Specifically an LJ81?

Cos I know of an LJ80 in Perth that might be available... In very good condition...

Well i went out and looked an lj81 in Perth. Bonnet and roof caved in. Chassey was completely full of rust, no floor and it had a Datsun engine conversion.It was put together so badly, but they did use it as a farn hack. Poor lj81 was so hacked up, but i almost consider buying it! Thats how bad i want one!

Someone must have an lj81 thats wants to go to a really home!

Mate, as I said above, it took me about 5 months before I got two in one week. They are not that thick on the ground. Have some patience!

If you want one tomorrow, you had better start waving some big dosh (for an LJ anyway) around in front of people...

I do know i have to have some patience. Iam just trying my best to find one out there. The suzuki bug has bitten me hard! Just got to keep trying for the best.:)

I asked around at the club meeting... Nobody knows of an 81, and if they did it would be in their garage by now... High demand, low supply...

I know of about 4 rusting away as farm bashers.
Got offered one very cheap

Will do! I will put both lj80v and lj81 up as soon as it gets here. Its getting transported from NSW, orange town. Should be here in a bit over a week. Cant wait!
