Hi guys,

Just stumbled on the forum here in my search for a sierra so i figured I'd drop a want ad. I'm after a sierra, any model any year, I live on the gold coast and I need a car to get around in, take on the beach on occasion but doesn't need to be modified. Really I'm just after something to get around in that is clean, reliable and maybe some light recreational use. Carby model is fine.

Requirements:
- Decent mileage, I'm a student so i'm after something that wont die like the old commodore just did. Around 200,000 that's been looked after is ok, rebuilt engines etc are even better.
- Soft top, needs to be decent condition but not perfect. I've looked at hard tops but i'm 6'4 and just don't fit. 2 seaters are fine, but softtop is a requirement.
- RWC condition, need to be able to drive it. Rego not required but RWC is a definite
- Body in decent condition, just something clean to get around in with minimal rust.

Looking to pay either side of $3000 depending on condition, a little more for a good example. 0421105408 or ryan_shiels@hotmail.com.

Happy to travel as far north as sunshine coast/brisbane northside, west to towoomba and south to byron bay for the right car.

It's sold, Looked at pretty much every example on tradingpost and carsales, but the only ones in a reasonable condition have unreasonable prices or no-one wants to provide a RWC. If that one was available I would've gone and bought it today haha. Thanks though.

Anyone know of anything for sale?

I have one that will be up for sale soon. Just waiting on a delivery from Jas and all the parts will be here and it should pass roadworthy. There is no rust in it, it runs well, only a small dint in the tail gate, all lights and everything working the only thing is that the front seats have some small tears in them...

Nice man, PM sent. Keep em coming. Growing up my old lady used to have a sierra, loved climbing in and out the back of it. Funny how all the snobby private school mums would be looking down their nose, and she was like 'I don't care, I'm awesome and so are softtops sierras'. She tells me their husbands would be looking for different reasons, but I didn't want to hear about that haha.

Enough digression, sell me your sierras!

Cheers mate! Couple of good links, sent off a couple of emails. I'm carless and a student who needs to drive to class! BTW pretty good forum you've got going on here.
