i have this alternator that needs a regulator aparantly it is off a EB

is this the right regulator and are they something that is simple to fit?

is there a sticker on the alternator??

should have a number starting with A2T

You gotta unsolder the diodes off the back of it, shit job just chuck it and get another EB

whats a diode look like :D
the alt has been recod with new bearings and brushes but apparently the reg is dead.
is it possible to stuff up fitting a reg? as that might be what is wrong with it.

you dont need to unsolder the diodes to solder the new one on..
