been doing some checking on oils and it seems that there are no recommened oils from shell, valoline calex ect except penrite who recommend a 10-40 for it.
mazda in australia and japan seem to recommend ONLY mineral oils and only 5w 20
mazda us suggest a 5w40 full synthetic
so who knows the real reasons behind this?
from what ive been reading synthetics are a no no because rotarys burn a bit of oil in the normal running process and syn oil leaves deposits in the motor when burnt. or so the stoy goes??
