but my rust is on the out side not the inside and damaged on the right hand side
but i do like what he did with the tail gate

Hi Mate. You would probably be better off looking into repairing what you have, or chopping it. Personally I hate seeing a LWB get chopped up, but if you lack the funds, skills or motivation to repair, then a chop would be a bit easier.

ok cool. Just repair it then. Its probably more work, but you will struggle to find donor panels that aren't allready in the same condition as yours.
