i need to put a trailer plug on my sierra. what colour wire goes into
what number on the plug and what does it do.

Brown-7= Parkers
Red-6= Brakes
Yellow-1= LH Indicator
White-3= Earth
Green-4= RH Indicator
that is for a 7 pin plug the extra two poles are:
Black-2= Aux Power etc...
Blue-5= Electric Brakes
