been thinking about getting this 95 lwb vitara with a 2.5v6. will it run ok if the computer hasnt been swapped?

if you swap the intake, the IAC is different from memory.

& I think a couple of others, at least the plug's are..

What about if you just run with the 2.5 V6 short motor and use the heads, manifold and wiring off the 2.0 V6? Would that work?
