Hey guys not sure if anyone has tried this but i have been told that a hilux bar will fit on the sierra quite easily due to the chassis apparently being the same width apart? Any ideas??
Thanx Mel

In one of the 4wd action mags there was a white sierra with wrangler flares and a TJM hilux bar on it, the only thing is the flares hang out on the sides a bit that it lines up with the flares.

it has been done on a coily dvd 123 of 3wd action have the dvd here but not sure if its off a lux or a cruiser havent watched it in a while but it can be done but the width of the bar will over hang by about 6 or so inchs

he had 6 inch bushwacker flares on and they filled out to the end of those nicley

didnt really if there was that much involved but just a looking point

cheers buzzy

Yea thats the one i was referring too. Just thinkin how common the hilux bars are and if it wasnt too hard to chop down a bit then maybe thats the way to go. Unless you guys have any other ideas?

Yea all sounding a bit too much. Ive organised a custom made bar now anyway since its not gonna cost anymore than an second hand ARB or TJM one.
