the only real difference is that they have a shorter nose, to suit the vit spindles (also coilys and jimnys). otherwise they are quite a strong outer cv.
this is the setup i will be using on the sas for the fabricated vit housing......that way it might please gwagon man.

Anyone know what ARB part number of the 26 spline side gears for the RD118 I need to order?
I've got a guy who will supply the 2 lockers, compressor, hose and line kit for $2,600. So I will ask him about the side gears to.
Would these custom axles and Vitara CV's be siginficantly stronger than Jimny originals?
Would they handle 32" wheels if I decide to go that way later?

That part number is for a full set of 6 gears at $318.
Joe, Are you able to make/supply a set of Heavy Duty axle's CV's from Vit?
How would they compare to the Italian Maraging 350 axles and cromoly CV's?
What sort of cost am i looking at for this setup?

i'v just about got the mill ready to make some axles but its waiting on the sparkies to wire up as i don't mess with 415 volts! otherwise the tooling is waiting to be used.
i am planning on making the axles to suit, but won't be making cv's. depending on the setup you can buy gv 26 spline ones or double toughs.
