Guys,

am considering chopping my swb, and sealing the cab with some sheet metal.
I am wondering how hard this is?
I have seen a few where people have used ply and then fibreglass, however I want to do it with sheet metal.
Has anyone done this, and what should I look out for?

I'm sure I'll just get flamed as a hater, but this is a serious question - why do you want to do this?

I'm interested in what you see as the advantage of a chopped SWB. People have been chopping them for years one way or another, and I've even seen Trayback cabs on SWB's. What's the appeal? What's the advantage?

PS I'm aware of the Trail Tough trail slayer kit, but the ute chop there is used because the wheelbase is massively extended so it's justified.

I painted my Zook with house paint in a can..

if it was sprayed via a can it is called 'powder coat in a can'.
