well im a dick ill admit it i managed to drill through a buck on cables on the floor yes i did smack my self in the face. why is it always the last job you do and rush had a feel around yeah its all sweet drill arrr fuck
anyway blew a ciruit board under the dash in the box that says door locks or the alike got them working agin now
however the windows still arnt is there something under the dash that controls them that i havnt found? once i find the unit or what ever controls it ill be right but havnt yet
its in my 97 v6 vitara by the way

Did you have any of door card's off??
If you did you may want to connect the window switch's again.
have you checked ALL the fuse's??

checked fuses and no door cars were off
the last own had put a 40 amp fuse in its spot so yeah it just fucked shit up haha went to super cheap today and bought all new fuses and they are all back to standard values now

there is no module that you could have damaged in that model
it sounds like you have missed a blown fuse..

i found that blue box for the locks that doenst have anything to do with windows does it?

everything else works in the car??

yeah mate i can still control the windows by apply 12volt to the right pins on the plug
|

if it makes you feel any better I put a screw through my handbrake wire a few weeks ago, one day I will take the seat back out and fix it so the light doesnt stay on

don't bother removing it from the dash, just go straight thru the clear plastic & into the idiot light on the dash.

Haha while we're admitting drilling into stuff, I was pop rivetting carpet onto the sides of my camper trailer yesterday, got distracted and went through the side too quick ... straight into the tyre
