hey guys i am hearing lots of chat about WT, NT & spoa, i assume WT is wide track, NT to be normal track, what the hell is spoa? also I am driving an 85 drover high top & have been going through the thread in rigs of a cool drover being done up, I was wanting to know if anyone could let me know if my drover would be WT, NT & can I change to WT if its NT. Also are grilles & headlights interchangeable as I think the drover grille & lights are shithouse, already taken the grille off just have the wire there to protect the radiator at the moment.

NT = narrow track
WT = Wide Track
SPOA = Spring Over Axel
SPUA = Spring Under Axel.

Post up pics of your ride and i'm sure someone would be able to tell you.
You can change a NT to a WT by changing the axels over and all that jazz

yours is a NT and yes you can do a WT conversion, failry sure drover and sierra grills are a straight swap ...? not 100% though

You need to cut the spring perches off your WT diffs and move them in to the same spacing as your NT diffs. If you can't weld, get a pro to do the welding.

You will also need flares, either zook metal ones or garden edging from bunnings.

It is a really good mod, it promotes better flex in your suspension.

cool as hell thanks, it sounds good to me, i can weld but not well enough for structural stuff like that, lucky me though, i do have a ticketed welder who is a cousin ; )

You will need a grilles... Headlights ... And the parts that hold the headlights in (backing plates)..

I would leave it as a drover front end.. Just get rid of the holden badge. You don't want to be like the rest of us do you.. Lol

Yeah dude nothing wrong with the rectangular headlights...

Just don't swap them for Honda parts.

dont really mind the rectangular lights, but some goose who owned it before me stuffed the backing plates so only the drivers side headlight can be adjusted so if i am repairing i will have an easier time finding sierra bits which i like better anyway, also the grille looks like a gemini or vk grille and doesnt do much for me either, so that had to go, i might even get motivated and make something myself when i get a spare arvo or evening
