My pretty much brand new Walbro GSS-342 intank pump is making some strange noises....Really loud operating noises pretty much the whole time except for when it primes before start up.. It has plenty of fuel in the tank...I just recently pulled the tank to replace the sender gasket which was leaking...everything put back the same and was fine for a whole days drivign and just last night it started making really loud buzzing sound...

Anyone had this issue before and should I be carrying a spare if its going to shit itself?

Nah its got a fooly sik folded bash plate with HD foam between it and the tank...There's not way its getting dints in it...I made sure of that!
