Does your Vitara have a 4x4 Low range light???
I mean my Dads 91 SWB Hard top does but my 93 5 Door JLX doesn't???

my 95 only has 4wd, I think the earlier ones did have seperate lights for low range

My 92 JLX four door has a low range light.

My 89 has a low range light it is just -L next to 4WD.

i am trying to remember if my old 93 wagon had a low range light or not.....i will see if i have any pics of the dash........

Yeah its Odd. that some feature on the early models actually dissappeared.
My Parents 91 has a Headlight Buzzer and a L-Range light (the L-next to the Green 4x4 Light) yet my 93 doesnt..

My 92 Only lights up the 4WD light when in either H4 or L4. The cluster has the LOW light in there but its never lit up. The transfer has 2 switches on it 1 is for 4WD one seems to be a Netural switch?

Oh and I have a headlight buzzer.

mmm... maybe your L-light is blown???

I origiinally hooked the Netural switch to it and it lit up when the transfer was in N.. maybe there is something wrong with the switch in the transfer..

I have had one of the switches go out before, not telling the little "L" light to come on. I swapped it with a used one from a spare tranny i had, then it worked.

My 83 LWB sierra had it, my 89 vit had it, and my current 93 sidekick has it, so i think they've all had it over the years, maybe some of them just don't work any more.
