yeah sorry i forgot to put a fuse in there. i am using led's as rock lights. heaps bright. will put some photo's up when i get some time.

You only need a fuse at the point you get power, which in this case is close as possible to teh battery

thanks royce. i wud of got pond lights foolsp33d. was looking at them a while ago but just went the cheap way asides not gonna have enough battery power

Leds are the way to go. Get some flexible led strip lights and you can mount them anywhere. And with the extra low power draw you can do with out a relay but i'd still recomend some sort of fuse.
