my head gasket blew the other day(water in the oil), and i just got my head back after a crack test and deck. now what is the best stuff to clean out my motor? ive been told to use disel is this ok?? and should i take off the sump and clean that out by hand?
any ideas on what will be best

Drain the oil and replace when you do the head, then run it till hot and do it again if there is any left

its only water it will evaporate once it starts to heat up

All I did was thoroughly drain it, oil and filter change, drive it a couple of hundred km, another oil and filter change, drive 1000km, another oil and filter change...
