Guys another Q

I do search but can never seem to find what i need.
Had a leaky master cyl from the day i got the zook and the pedal was always spongy /soft even with motor stopped. ow ive fitted the new one the pedal goes hard when motor is off but is a bit spoongy soft still when driving.
Bled the brakes 4 times cant get any more air out well no bubbles is this a zook thing? or should the pedal be hard and firm when motor running and stoping. Brakes work just wanna be sure if they are normal or not.

Did you bench bleed the cylinder before you hooked the lines up?

If not, keep bleeding away... you'll get there in the end, or try and find a brake place that pressure bleeds from the caliper.

Clamp all hoses off at the wheels and have someone inside the car. With all blocked the pedal should be rock hard master /booster all good.

Now whith foot on brake release clamps and see if any allow the pedal to drop more that the other if so look at that corner. Hope this helps.

Not sure if you are running a booster but if so get the Vaccuum checked if the car if getting sick it may be a lack of vaccuum to the booster.

Steve didn't bench bleed it before hand so you think this may be it?
Thought 4 times would be enough but oddly it did keep puting out a few bubbles each time but kept doing each till no bubbles, will keep going as the pedal doesn't go rock hard yet even when motor off. Must stay in the master cyl the air?

Yep - that's why it's critical to bench bleed.

How do you bench bleed? never had to do it on the toyotas before, now i'm lookin at diff breathers looks like there is no thread just a hole what do people use for extending?

Edit all good just pop the caps off and use 1/2" AT pipe
