just a few questions about the 3 conections that come off the sierra gear box what are each one for? one is obviously for reverse sensor what are the others for?

emmissions I think. None of mine are connected at all ( with G16B also) and I've got no issues at all.

so the two conections in the g16b wiring loom that were connected to the baleno gearbox dont need to be connected to anything on the sierra either?

the only things that plug onto a baleno gearbox are the reverse switch and the socket for the speedo/vss , so if anything the vss would be the only thing you would be concerned about.

i have done a late model baleno install into a sierra before and never used the vss and didnt have a problem .
