Hi all,

So i was out on my usual drive between panel shops at work when i come across a camping outlet that sold camper trailers,

i stopped in and found out they sold mud tyres and rims, i quizzed them and they said they could get in sunnie rims and 31'' federal MT's for the sierra's for $890 brand new.

Im guessing this is a good price (as i have already bought them  ) just wanting to know what people have paid for their rims/ tyres and what people have found effective on their sierra's?

Im also going to be buying the 2'' lift kit for it before i throw the big tyres under the car.

Cheers!

You people have no faith i swear, they will fit
If he has to get body lift, SPOA, extended shackles, rockwell diffs or portal hubs HE WILL and they WILL fit
Quit negging.

Nice pickup btw, most muddies that size will cost you around that WITHOUT rims

How do you know HE WILL? If he has stock bumper it'll be ripping into the tyre before he gets too far.

2" lift and a guard chop will easy fit them under... but a good guard chop is a lot of work to do properly - thats why most run 2" spring and 2" body to clear 31s =)

i dont tackle anything EXTREME but on sand their quiet good with dropped pressure, mud - great, dirt/gravel - great, rock - pretty damn good. im very happy with their performance so far. wear is also excellent but with a zook most muds will wear quite well compared to other 4x4's

i was running 30's with no lift at all, just trimmed the bumper bar out riggers and it wasnt to bad. got 2 inch springs now and have heaps more room. 31's should go and be half drivable
