I have noticed my LWB has no brake booster and disc brakes but the soft top has a booster?Would it be wise to change the brakes from the soft top over as well?

Is your LWB a 1 litre? If so, they never came with a booster.

AFAIK you can fit the 1.3L booster and master cyl to the 1L.

With fire wall mod's you can.

Dose the lt stop well?? Booster's give a softer peddle, not more stopping power.

Mine does.

I even ran my maruti with no booster on 36's. Even after I put the V6 crumpledoor anchor in 8O It was quite hard to pull up at first. But my arse kicking leg is MASSIVE now :D

Just make sure the brakes are in good condition and you'll be fine.
