hey guys,
up for sale is a 1997 lwb vitara that i purchased from a mate a few months back. He had a bit of a front end hit in it however the engine is un harmed from the crash ( apart from broken engine fan) and was running well before the accident. An old coupe that lived in the coutry owned the vehicle before him and it racked up most of it's km's country driving. I originaly purchased the wreck for a efi conversion for my sierra but it looks like my sierra is going up for sale in the next few months.
car details:
1997 Suzuki Vitara LWB (white)
1.6 EFI - 170,000kms from memory
5 speed manual good condition
Complete powersteering setup
Complete interior - minus front seats and steering wheel
Complete exterior - damaged bonnet, bumper, headlight, grill
Completly untouched factory wireing harness
drivetrain complete and all there - minus front brakes and rotors
This would be the perfect setup for someone wanting to do a efi and powersteering conversion for a sierra. The crash has ruined the grill, radiator, AC, bonnet, bumper and front chassis cross member.
Price: SOLD

I am guessing, if it was insured, that the insurance company just wrote it off, as i had much less damage on my Vit, and they still wrote it off... oh well it will be a bargain for someone with a Vit for spares in Perth...

wasn't insured. But yeah it's defently a write off as the front chassis support is bent inwards.
I will get some more pictures in the next few days.

I tihnk it is totally wrong that 3rd party property damage is not a legal requirement in this state.
If someone runs into my car I wanna be sure they can cover the damages they have caused!

Sorry hooki.
Good luck with the sale. If I didn't live in a crappy little unit with 3 cars already this'd be home with me already!

I'd buy it if i was capable of doing a conversion.....
but to just have it sitting here while i get a mechanic to do the work for me would make "the boss" angry

I've never done a conversion, but if I had the space I'd give it a crack anyway...
