Hey boys, i have this sump on my sierra with a 1.6 carby conversion in it, it looks like a 1.3 sump modified to fit.....My question is, is it?? Can i put a 1.6 sump in??? Who has a 1.6 sump and how much do they want????

vit/x90/baleno sumps are different.

Why change if its ok now?

Very confusing to read on what your wanting..e.g. pictures also?

if you put the 1.6 sump on, it will not mold around the diff properly, so at full flex or anything alike your diff may smash through the sump. also if a 1.3 has been modded to fit then that would mean they have modded the 1.3 pick up to fit as well, so if you changed to a 1.6 sump you will need a sump and new pick up. id strongly recommend leaving the 1.3 sump on. is their a reason you want the 1.6 one on their at all?

I have 1.6 sump in my sierra. Its fine. But I have RUF aswell. It did used to fit before the RUF, but it was VERY close to the diff at full stuff.

X2, what's wrong with the one pictured???

1.6 sump's fit, but I'm told thay run low on oil on steep hill's & get munched by the front diff.
