Tread depth when new 27/32 of an inch which equals
25.4 divided by 32 mutiplied by 27 = 21.43mm when new
14mm divided by 21.43 = .653 which equals 65 %
sorry pet hate about tyre sales

both your depth measurements are prob right. tread depth is measured to the wear mark. which is anout 3mm less than depth to carcas.

I wasn't being negative, just a bit of stating the obvious.
Not everybody has a spoa, 2 inch spring lift and extended shackles though.
And good luck with the sale
