OME suspension question, help needed

Hi All,
I have just bought a second hand set of OME springs and shockers, when I picked them up the guy said they are the HD version springs, I was hoping they would be standard so I can get more flex. My question is, is it just a case of removing a spring from each pack or is there more involved? The part #'s are:
7R09
7D09
X8A09 x 2 (rear)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The little ones on the bottom are the load leafs, when i had my swb i ran 3 leafs all round and it was good flex, might sag a bit but.

Cheers Xedent, so can I assume that I should be able to just remove what leafs I dont need? Does anyone know how many leafs the standard OME springs have?
