Hey Everyone,

Just going chuck this up for sale. Selling for a few reasons but not because this isn't an awesome little car. I love clean cars but not bashing them. I want a cheaper (basher) suzi to have fun in and i need some funds free for the end of the year.

Story: I bought the car from a wholesaler in April and its been off-road less then ten times. (unable to drive through April-July). I've driven it on the beach once and in the mud twice, (a little bit). The rest of the time has been pretty easy stuff as i'm just learning how to drive off-road. Before i had it i doubt it was EVER taken off road.

Details: The car is a 1996 Suzuki Sierra with 176 871km on it. It has aftermarket extractors, 2" Body lift, 2" Ultima suspension lift, Tube front bar and a brand new set of Maxxis Bighorn 235/75/15 tyres on 15" Speedys. Wheels are covered by TJM Flares w/ 65mm extension.

Condition: This car has ZERO RUST and underneath all mats inside is a brand new car, i can see myself in most panels  . No rust or tar or anything anywhere throughout the car. The body work isn't perfect obviously but pretty damn good for an older 4x4. None of the pictures below are altered but your welcome to come see it in person. Only thing wrong really with the car is the front seats, Drivers seat in particular has massive rips etc. I use a pillow and seat covers to get around this, goes ok lol. Everything works fine mechanically, it never overheats, nothings ever gone wrong or broken.

Location: West Brisbane

Build Thread: http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... ic&t=11024

Price & Conditions $8000.o.n.o. Will also trade your Sierra + cash for mine, Offer me. Also partially interested in Stock imports, Skyline/silvia etc. But must be Stock or close to.

Contact: Prefer PM or Email - Steven.holm@live.com.

Pictures: If you need any in particular just post below and i'll try and chuck some up.

Thanks for the comments guys, Just abit of info i left out.. I am selling with No rego and No roadworthy because of bodylift, tyres and front bar.

I have original front bumper, stock wheels, towbar, original body lift parts and mudflaps to sell with the car. It's also a 4 seater and i have the original rear seats in good condition to go in.

To get it roadworthy you would need to: Source stock tyres, Remove Body lift, Put original bumper on and away you go!.

This car is priced very appropriately. It's in great condition and has seen very little offroad work. If anyone wants to come for a look or test drive, there more then welcome to post up there own review.

Also i doubt there is ANY Sierra on this website that is roadworthy. Price is negotiable. I'm in no hurry to sell.

After a quick squiz through the QLD transport website my car apart from tyres and wheels is 100% legal. Swap my tyres for stock ones and it should pass no problem at all... Which i can do on buyers request.

oh and as for the price, 8g might sound steep but find me another coil sierra in the same condition with same options for that price. If you can, buy that instead.

i bought mine, 1996 coil sprung with a few problems for $4200. had standerd wheels and tyres, shit soft top, needed plugs, leads, rotor cap, filters, exhaust flange. Stock exhaust, stock suspension, front bar was gouged and had 2 dented flares, passanger door was keyed but otherwise paint was good. The clutch was ok, had 115,000km's on the engine. the car had absolutely no rust, good seats and interior.

Suspension lift is about $600 plus labour

body lift $200 plus labour

new black sunnies are about $75 a rim so say $375 for 5

i doubt you'd be able to get 5 tyres like that for under $700 unless its good mates rates. add strip, fit, balance and disposal to that

TJM flares im guessing wouldn't get change from $200 but probably more.

Fibreglass top in that sort of condition usually fetches from $600-$1000

Tow bar you can usually pick up on here for $50 plus painting plus labour

New extractors usually set you back around $200, maybe cheaper for second hand. Add labour on that as well.

Good tube bar in near new condition are usually around the $200 mark.

I dont know about you but i can see at least $3000 worth of mods plus a hell of a lot of labour. put on top of this the straight body and good paint and i really dont think that $8000 is unreasonable. People just want everything for nothing.

anyway thats my long winded opinion anyway, good luck with the sale

p.s. the auszookers stickers definately make it worth it

It does to some... Probably not to anyone on this website though

Thanks for the comment Fmoss3. I know mods to a vehicle don't usually add much to the sell price but the package as a whole is value. It also has the little things like new oil+oil filter, New coolant, new air filter, etc,.

Hardtop is also in good nick, very strong and works. Tinted windows and all. Inside it also has an aftermarket stereo and 4 alpine 6" speakers. I know that's not worth much but hey i can listen to the radio clearly and drive a comfortable 4x4 to and from work like i would a car.

Don't worry guys, although this coily is a little soft like a vitara it will also go hard in the bush! More (and smoother) flex then a leafy with the same mods* and brand new tyres down to 10psi and it will go places 8)

* I'm pretty sure it has, it flexes pretty sweet.

Hahaha Nah. I thought it was obvious the value is in the condition? 96Coily you have ALOT to learn  Good for you for getting a beat up one for $2k with a fake roady but this is definitely not going for less then $6k without wheels.

Got a handful of people looking at it today/during the week so if any Auszookers want this 4by, get your offers in quick.

I'll recommend who ever buys it to visit this site so ya'll can still see this coily get built up and thrashed :)

Fair enough, I'm not going to argue the value of my car as i know exactly what its worth. Obviously the guy that sold it to you is a) an idiot b) needed money quick or c) your car is a piece of shit.

Also in QLD atleast some of your mods would prevent you from getting a Roadworthy, hence why i said "fake rego" but i guess anything goes in W.A....

If you want this car, PM me and you might get a sweet Auszooker only discount! Could be gone tommorow. In the mean time, please keep bumping my thread to the top, thanks  :D 8)
