Mine has never had a wheel alignment Owned her for about 3 yrs..+

My RHS bearings always come loose. And the star locking washer doova's were up to shit from unbending and rebending all the time. I used like 1 mm sheet, looks like a big washer but with a slot in it for the axle stub. Then once in, hammer over the edges, much stronger holding.

I have replaced my kingpins, and used original shims. Never tested them to a guage/ original specs.

Do you have ps? The ps will act like a damper.

I dont run a damper either.

i do have ps plus heavy duty dampener.never made a difference fitting all that up hey.
i have replaced every single bit in the front suspension,dif,steering now i think with no luck.even a new good looking housing only ever been run on stockers didnt help me

hay appsie, i chased a wobble on my sierra for ages. replaced the springs,
shackles, tie rod and drag link, diff, bearings and tyres. it ended up being cased by a flogged out steering damper bush.

Man, mine is a loose as a goose. everything is worn suspension wise, worn bushes from oversize shackles, etc etc. Sounds like im lucky

i bought it with stock springs.it shook then.now have ome with good bushes still shakes
bought it with stock steering damper,replaced with HD OME still has it
had flogged out steering box PS didnt fix that either
bought it with basically 2 mionth old 15x8 sunnies on worn to the max ATs,put on the muddies straight off another mates zuk,still shook

with the 33s last night still shook
gonna try the kingpin shims i guess stekky

I have similar problems with my 92. Started after I replaced the springs with EFS 2 inch lifted ones. It starts to shake as I accelerate through 50 kph and sometimes does it as I slow down through 50. From behind it looks like I'm about to lose both front wheels. I have a 2 inch drop Pitman arm and have cut the other steering damper mount off. I'd like to fit an OME one. What did you guys do about attaching each end. Can you put up a photo please? I've got castor wedges in and tightened up the bearings/king pins and felt seals (all the stuff it says to do in the manual). I'm running 32 inch swampers.

how embarassing,endless hours and plenty of money from the day of buying it.turns out 90% of it was the spring bushes in the rear end of front springs

when i bought it on stock springs it shook,bought ome and a bush kit but they didnt have any of the larger rear end bushes so i made use of what i had and forgot about it til now.....
also my ome springs,the sleeve thats ment to press into the eye of the springs well none of them are press fit.ive dropped the springs once before and tacked them in to see if that was my problem.

I rewelded the rear set tonight and put some stock bushes in that i found from my soft top zuk.They press into the springs damn tight and the crush sleeve has no slop for the bolt or the crush tube whereas the set i just took out were 13mm ID for a 12mm bolt and then sloppy as into the poly bush

it steers good for the first time in 2 and a half years and 3 steering boxes.doesnt have 90 degrees before anything happens etc.nice and responsive and driving around the few streets at the exact speed that i know it set the shakes off i couldnt get it to do it before so ill drive it for a couple of days and hopefully still be happy.

ive had bad luck with them haha.this ones been in over a year,its due to break

ill try chase up some pads for the front,should look at shoes for the rear too
