that topic was partly covered, however I have one question. Many people said that diesel engine oil can be used for petrol engine and is beneficial because of its cleaning abilities. So can I use permanently any semi synthetic diesel oil which is lets say 10W-40 or 15W-50 and it will be ok for the engine or should I look at some other oil specification?
do you recommend to use engine flash oil? idle the engine with it for 15-20 min and than drain oil and use diesel one?

has anyone use engine stop leak, which you add to the oil and it makes the seals to swell a little bit so they stop leaking. does it work and is it safe to use?

except for the sump leak which I will fix there is a little sort of sweat not leak from around lower passenger side timing belt area. it doesn't even make the oil drip at all its just wet. so I was wondering if it is worth to use that engine stop leak stuff

yes you can permenantly use a diesel oil in you zook, there are several ratings on diesel oil and personally I'd use one with a CI-4 rating or lower.
the CJ-4 is for particulte filters and the like and they take a lot of the good stuff in diesel oils out to meet the rating.
oils like castrol rx , shell rimula nulon extra protection diesel etc are perfect, I run them in all my petrol stuff.

better to fix the leaks, that timing cover one is the cam or crank seal and the oil is currently destroying your timing belt, just replace em all

You can use diesel oil in youre petrol engine, but its recommended not to do it if your engine is getting old, as it will clean all the carbon from your engine. This is normally a good thing, but that carbon is sealing your old rings. Get rid of the carbon and she will smoke more than Cheech and Chong recording Hits From The Bong.

Roy, is it hard to replace cam and crank seal? is it a big job? do i need to remove the engine to do it?

pull off timing belt and pulleys and replace seals, not overly difficult just fiddly

Is the crankshaft pully bolt reverse thread?

nope its a standard thread, only some renaults and hondas i can think of having LH thread

how I could know that tensioner needs replacing? when I changed timing belt I looked at it, but haven't noticed anything wrong with it and left the old one

Tensioners are just a bearing. So when you don't have the belt on, just turn it and see if it spins nice, any shudders means it stuffed, and any side to side looseness means its stuffed also.
