hey all

ok my rear diff is flogged, And i have been trying to figure out what diff centres i have "ratios" its a 1.3 NT sj50v hitop. And when i brought it i was told it is a 1985 but when looking through a service manual at TAFE, it says that the sj50v hitops were not released until 1986-89. the badges on the car have no year or dates on them either.

i just need to know what rear diff centre i need to get.

Josh yours is an NT and will have 3.9:1 centres unless someone has previously changed them.

The SJ50 in soft top, hard top and hi roof were released in 1984 and overlapped sales of the 1.0lt sierra.

Your compliance plate will have a build or compliance date.

As for the diff, Want33s nailed it.
