i have herd if you get sway bar extensions, you will get equal flex to wat you will with out them, its just takes more tension to do it= on road handling off road flexing.
thats just what i was told

What exactly are you extending??

If you mean the connecting rods between the swaybar and the diff (jimny), the only advantage in extending these is to correct the position of the swaybar when a vehicle is lifted.

As the chassis and diffs are seperated ( lift installed) the effectiveness of the swaybar is reduced, as it is no longer acting in its intended plane of operation. By extending the connecting rods, you will be infact increasing the effects of the swaybar, inturn reducing body roll/ flex.

its kinda right... a swaybar wants to be as close to horizontal as you can get it for the most flex in the bar. the more you angle it up the stronger the tie between the diff and chassis is as its harder to twist the bar. right?

more angle on the bar makes it less effective due to the extra leverage.

its levering against itself though so is in the same plane

maybe if it was on a huge angle it could have a similar effect of laid over shocks in that it will reduce travel
