I am always disappointed with their service, but have no experience with their motors. They have a mechanic shop there, and claim to do 1.6 conversions, so they are not only a wrecker.

I've never been all that happy with there service either. Also, they charge way to much for just about everything I've asked for a quote for.

If you want a motor, I have one for $150 (it ran OK when the car was complete apparently), minus starter motor if you are interested.

Service is not so good, But they always have something there i want.
Also, There phone prices are very random, depends what mood they are in.
Stockman got quote for a coily tank, 250?
I got it for him for 100.
They know me by face, ive practically bought a whole suzuki from them so far in parts..
Have you tried Suzuki Subaru Mini at seven hills? Google them. I have bought 1 motor from them(picked it up though) Very friendly. But have limited room, so some parts they may not have.

Yeah Suzispares win in service hands down, and are occasionally a bit cheaper.

Got a steel pinion mount (rare as) from them for $50 the other day - rang ahead, friendly and good advice, made sure they knew exactly what I wanted, and same when I went to pick it up. No complaints here.

Thanks for that guys. Will be looking at getting myself a motor after christmas i reckon. They have been the cheapest for a motor so far. Will cost me over double for the same motor here in Mount Gambier.

I got a short block G16B off them and it was toast and started to knock to moment it was started. They replaced it under warrenty adn a new motor was at my place the next day.
I have always found the prices good, service for us in Canberra, varies.
Hame bought a GV, long, front diff, axle last Monday for the weekend, they said it would leave on Monday night, it didn't leave till Wednesday arvo and we didn't get it for the weekend.
The problem is some blokes there are good some are rubbish it is really hit and miss.
I just wish that when they said something they would stick to it.

I think they're service is quite okay, Well they've been good with me, But I guess it depends on who you talk to. There's a younger guy that works there and he seems to know his stuff. A little trick I've been doing is when I call up for a part I say, so it'll cost about $xx for it? and it turns out very close to it. The only thing I don't like is the COD charges but they do have very quick delivery, The last couple of times I've drove up there and they felt sorry that I had to drive about 80km to get there and gave me a good deal.
One of the guy's were telling me that they ship motors all over australia and they sent some to Canada and South America.

Yeah the old guy is a homo. Basically said he knows everything about 1.6 conversions and he has read all the forums and it's all bull shit.
He went on to tell me that the vitara pump won't bolt into the coily tank and that I would have to run an external pump.
When I told him about how much the adaptor kit cost he said he sells them for $80
