not to hard, though the gearbox seems to be jsut the wrong size to get out easy
exedy heavy duty would be a good choice for a 1.6, you dont want too heavy a clutch or the cable snaps

cheers royce now just to find the right clutch part number to order me clutch and new bearings etc. i think the thrust bearinf is fyucked as under load in gear there is a nasty rattle/loose bolt sound but when clutch is engaged and box is not under load the rattle is gone. Clutch does not slip at all so really not too worryed but just dont want to be stuck in the bush if ya know wat i mean

if its noisy with clutch out and quiet with clutch in its probably the input bearing on the box, pretty common

the bearing on the input shaft of the gearbox, pull apart the gearbox job I believe

I would say it would be hard enough to be not worth it

just put up with the rattle then haha. it does need a new clutch the pedal is right out before it engages makes it hard to drive the zook when you 6foot 4 haha but we survive
