Hello,

I was staring at my car the other day admiring its beauty when i noticed that the bottom of my car is orange rust and gravel.

Is there some kind of heavy duty black paint i can slap over the rust and make it look nice and pretty?

Don't just slap paint over the rust, it'll just keep on rusting... Fix it up properly!

Doesnt have to be award winning.

Its a cheap 20 year old car.

Redneck paint job is all thats needed.

Some kind of heavy duty black tar/plastic sealer rust protective paint would be sweet.

Will fix further scrathes with magic marker in future.

Use a wire wheel to remove all the loose flaky crap, then use the POR15 process. Its not too cheap, but it works well, it loves rust.

tin of tar, some paint brushes, job done, try not to breath the fumes, may cause too much further damage

Ormanoid FTW!!! I just converted all the rust under my wheel arches etc and hit it with the shit.
Sticks like shit and takes about 3 or 4 days to dry. And seals it off perfectly.
(Also does the trick for leaking fuel tanks. )

I just used rust converter. Waited for it to dry than slapped ormanoid on.

A flash flip flop paint would finish the underside off nicely. Then chrome all the fittings and bolts.
