I'm gettn new bars bent up soon there goin to be like the Calmini tube bars cept bettererer. I'll get some pics before there welded and during fittment.
as of yesterday my zuk don't have no rear bumper just some mud flaps bodged on. should be happnin in the next few weeks so don't hold ya breath.

There was a slight change the rear one looks nothin like a calmini rear bumper, but the pipe is 3inch x 3.2mill wall  and it ways a bit, it's going to be neatend up a bit and painted black so ill take photos then cause i forgot to take some when it was being welded up.
all in all it is a (insert word here  ) big bumper and a heavy one that would make the Calmini ones look like tin foil.
P.S Calmini have their hand on themselfs cause there is no way that theirs is 3inch tube.
P.P.S I rekon mine looks pretty schmick

Looks great.
This is not a pick on you design I was going to make up a tube bar before my redesign.
I was worried about the exposed body work that was covered up with the plastic bumper and attracting the wrong attention.
Anyone know the legalities of removing bumpers?

Dunno whats the go with legalities around what i have done but there is a patrol driving round here in Cairns with a tube bumper on the back and front and the sides at the back on it arnt coverd i think that the rear quarters on it have had an angle grinder nible at them aswell...................oh and suzukiboy i recemend NOT getting 3inch its just a bit big, bounus of mine though knowone tailgates me any more
